The Management Committee, in particular:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Drafts the annual statement and report on the performance of the Network program and the measurement of progress in the pursuit of the strategic objectives of innovation and raising the innovative capacity of the participants, to be submitted to the Adherents;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Checks whether the conditions for new enterprises to join the Network are met and decides on their acceptance;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Deliberates on the exclusion of Network Member Enterprises where the conditions are met;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Also at the request of the Member Firms, if any, it shall deliberate on any amendment to the Contract;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Resolves the necessary contributions for the implementation of specific projects that may be supported and financed even by only some of the Network Member Enterprises, indicating the necessary economic resources to be requested from the directly interested Member Enterprises;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Provides planning and reporting for the purpose of participation in calls for project funding and grant awards;<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-13b24b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"13b24b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8541897 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8541897\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The <strong>Scientific Committee<\/strong> is the liaison body between the consulting needs of end companies and the enabling skills present among member companies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To this end it consists of:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Market sector experts (to be identified preferably from outside the network);<\/li>\n<li>Experts on current and future network expertise (to be identified from within and outside the network).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The task of the Scientific Committee is to draw up strategic sector plans functional to the definitions of investments in enabling skills to be developed by member companies in order to raise the level of innovation and competitiveness.
